We invite customers to ask questions in relation to our parking services and receive information to allow any appeal or question to be dealt with efficiently and effectively. The information we collect for the following is:

The forms are then emailed to the relevant department for review/response. We only ask for further information in relation to the customer’s vehicle if it is necessary to deal with their query.
All information is provided freely to Premier Parking by the customer and is treated with the utmost confidentiality in accordance with all applicable legislative and regulatory standards. A record will be kept of the correspondence if it relates to an appeal or permit or any other service. All information will be kept on file for no longer than 6 months (appeals) or achieved for a year (permits), before being deleted. Permit applications will be cross-checked with the relevant management company / governing body where applicable. Premier Parking will remove information as appropriate in accordance with applicable legislative and regulatory requirements.
If you choose to provide us with personal information it will be used in support of the intended purposes stated at the time at which it was collected, and subject to any preferences indicated to you. You acknowledge that by providing data to us, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy Statement.

Premier Parking will not divulge customer information to a third party unless we have received customer authorisation OR we are required to do so by law. Permit requests in some case may be clarified with the management company/governing body.
Premier Parking understand how important the security and confidentiality of all information provided by our customers. Keeping information secure is a priority for Premier Parking. Our goal is to protect all information received on the Internet in the same way as we would over the phone or by hard copy. In accordance with our obligations to keep data safe and secure even so, Premier Parking cannot guarantee the privacy or confidentiality of information relating to our customers passing over the Internet by external interference or factors outside our control.
Under section 4 of the Data Protection Act, an individual has the right to request in writing, a copy of all personal information held about them by Premier Parking.
